Your key responsibilities include:* Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile* Preparing food and beverages with care, including crafting delicious espresso coffee* Operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly* Ensuring the café is always tidy, welcoming, and ready for action – from setup to clean-up* Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages!**What you’ll bring**Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
