Kirrawee Location*You will play a vital role by providing administrative, scheduling and customer service support within our Retirement Village at Kirrawee.Reporting to the Care Service Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care and services, while supporting our residents, their families, and internal retirement living teams.This is a resident-facing role that requires strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a heart for supporting older Australians in a respectful and compassionate way. Support resident onboarding processes and general administrative tasks. Strong customer service skills and ability to engage empathetically with residents and their families. Experience in scheduling systems and technology applications. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of staff and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills.
