Barista,
you’ll create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision. You’ll engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure every order meets brand and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
You will be the bright start to our guests' mornings, serving up delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile.
Your daily tasks will include operating coffee and espresso machines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
A career as a barista can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as bartender, beverage manager, or even food and beverage management positions.
Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
No educational minimum is required
Previous experience in a similar or related position
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States
Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job‑related needs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
