in
Tampa, Florida .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform restoration activities including concrete patching, sod restoration, blacktop restoration, and asphalt restoration.
Assist with general labor duties related to restoration and repair work.
Support foremen and supervisors with daily job-site operations.
Follow work instructions, job specifications, and safety requirements.
Operate and use hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, ensuring protection of the public and property.
Perform work that meets or exceeds company and customer quality standards.
Report job-site issues, safety concerns, equipment needs, or damaged materials to supervision.
Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and the public when necessary.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Education / Experience
3–5 years of experience in restoration work, including small asphalt patching and concrete finishing.
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of restoration tools, materials, and techniques.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Driver's license preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
Standing, walking (primarily on uneven surfaces), turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing are required continuously.
Employee will be subjected to outside weather conditions.
Possible exposure to wet/humid conditions, cold, heat, and varying temperatures.
Noise levels can often be loud.
Frequent exposure to slow- or fast-moving traffic in the work environment.
