About the Property The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is a private beachfront resort located on Puerto Rico's northern coast, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is 10 minutes from Manuel Morales Beach and 21 miles from downtown San Juan. Guests can relax in our lagoon‑style pool, enjoy made‑to‑order breakfasts, and attend complimentary evening receptions.

Ideal Candidate Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping and customer service experience, are reliable, adaptable, and have high‑volume experience. They are eager to learn and excel in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift Pattern Full availability. Rotating shifts throughout the week.

Pay Rate $11.00 per hour

What will I be doing? As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also manage guest requests. Specifically, your tasks include:

Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms

Vacuum rooms and corridors

Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities per company guidelines

Conduct regular deep‑cleaning tasks

Restock and maintain the trolley daily

Report missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure replacement or repair to guarantee an uninterrupted stay for guests

Ensure all equipment inside and around guest rooms, as well as work areas, is in working condition

Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste appropriately

Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation

Carry out lost‑property procedures

Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships
