Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is looking for a Room Attendant to join their team.
About the Resort Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort’s private beachfront rests on Puerto Rico's northern coast, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, 10 minutes away from Manuel Morales Beach. Central San Juan is 21 miles from the door. Relax in our outdoor lagoon‑style pool with ocean views and enjoy made‑to‑order breakfast and complimentary evening receptions.
Shift Pattern and Pay Shift Pattern:
Full availability, rotating shifts throughout the week.
Pay Rate:
$11.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
Vacuum rooms and corridors.
Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
Restock and maintain trolley on a daily basis.
Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and own responsibility to ensure items are replaced or repaired.
Ensure that all equipment inside and around guest rooms and work areas is in working condition.
Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly.
Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Carry out lost property procedures.
Assist other departments whenever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of housekeeping and customer service experience.
Reliable, adaptable, high‑volume experience and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Excellent grooming standards.
Ability to work independently or in teams.
Flexible and reliable.
Hotel experience and experience in a similar position are advantageous.
