The Role As

Chef De Cuisine – Events , you will lead the culinary vision for all event-related dining experiences, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency. Your role is pivotal in creating memorable moments for our guests through innovative menus and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Design and execute bespoke menus for banquets, weddings, and special events.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.

Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize offerings.

Manage food cost, inventory, and operational budgets effectively.

Maintain high standards of presentation and taste across all dishes.

Drive innovation in culinary trends and event concepts.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in luxury hotels or event catering.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Expertise in international cuisines and large-scale banquet operations.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.

Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
