Sapphire Health Services, LLC
JOB SUMMARY
Transport residents to and from hospitals and nursing homes. Must be comfortable with the elderly and/or vulnerable population.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating the facility’s transport bus or van in a safe manner to and from community hospitals
Ensures the bus is clean and available to transport residents and patients daily
Work with Sapphire nursing home admission teams to coordinate resident transportation for the day
Assisting residents on and off the bus and into and out of appointments safely
Being friendly and professional at all times; interacts well with residents, care providers and co-workers. Understands they represent Sapphire Health Services and always demonstrates integrity and a positive outlook.
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Oregon state driver’s license that is unexpired and in good standing.
Preferred experience driving a transport bus, Large Van, or similar vehicle.
Valid Oregon CNA license is preferred.
