Daily Pay Range
Paid training hours and professional development opportunities (variable by state)
Weekly paychecks via direct deposit
Hired as a W‑2 employee (no withholding of taxes)

Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or college credits

Teaching credential/certificate or 30‑Day Substitute Teaching Permit
Previous experience in special‑education settings
Bilingual and/or bilingual teaching experience
What You’ll Do
Supervise and support students in classroom, playground, or cafeteria
Foster a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment; encourage engagement
Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions following lesson plans left by the teacher
Communicate clearly with school staff
Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher
