Overview
The primary role of Painter is to perform routine painting, wall covering and floor repairs or replacement. Assists with routine maintenance of the department. May perform preventative and/or corrective work orders. System responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance assignments, as well as responding to emergencies that arise. Additional responsibilities may include performing electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs. Responsible for taking on-call on a rotating basis to be available for emergencies when there is no on-site Plant Engineering coverage.

Qualifications Education
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
2 years painting experience Required
Experience working in a commercial or healthcare setting Preferred
Technical school training or apprenticeship program Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
None Required

Valid Georgia drivers license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria Preferred
