Guest Services Driver , you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet and a key player in providing exceptional service from arrival to departure. What You’ll Do: Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, helping with luggage and escorting them to their rooms. Safely transport guests to and from local destinations using company vehicles. Provide top‑notch customer service and local recommendations for activities, dining, and attractions. Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all assigned vehicles—inside and out. Support the front desk and concierge teams by delivering guest amenities and responding to special requests. Keep the lodge entrance, lobby, and bell station neat and guest‑ready. Follow all safety and operating procedures for vehicles and guest interactions. What Makes You a Great Fit: A valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. At least 5 years of driving experience (chauffeur, shuttle, or hospitality‑related a plus). Strong knowledge of the local area and surrounding roads. Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills. Comfortable multitasking and staying calm under pressure. Able to lift luggage, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours—including weekends and holidays. Team‑oriented and committed to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
