Unicoi State Park & Lodge is located in Helen, Georgia. We offer a culture of teamwork and customer service in a resort environment.
Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook, this position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
Washing pots/pans and all kitchen equipment
Washing plates, cups and flatware
Assisting cooks where needed
Trash removal, including breakdown of boxes
Keeping the kitchen clean
Cleaning garbage cans
Following all sanitation guidelines
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications Minimum requirement: at least 2 years verifiable job history.

Over 1,029 acres, it includes 52-acre Unicoi Lake and offers activities such as ziplining, kayaking, hiking, fishing, beach, archery, and air gun. Two restaurants (Smith Creek Tavern and Anna's Italian Kitchen), a bar, and meeting rooms are available.
