Position Summary
Full-time, day shift (6:00am to 3:30pm, Mon–Fri). In this role you will have overall responsibility for groundskeeping of the plant area, maintaining grounds, cleaning around the building, parking lots, mowing, and assisting with janitorial duties inside the plant. Essential Functions
Valid driver’s license. Work day shift or split shift for a few months until training is complete. Pass a written knowledge test. Self‑motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team. Pre‑employment drug test required. Background check will be conducted. Skills and Abilities
Mechanical aptitude. Good attendance. Willingness to learn. Enjoy working with others in a busy workplace. Average computer skills; ability to navigate computer systems for various tasks. Read, write, comprehend, and communicate clearly in English. Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED. Minimum age 18. Preferable 2–4 years of previous industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting. Must be physically able to lift 10–40 lbs regularly, 50–100 lbs occasionally, and
Projected work classification level is heavy. Physical Demands
Lift/carry 10–40 lbs regularly. Lift/carry 50–100 lbs occasionally. Lift/carry over 100 lbs infrequently. Stand, walk, sit, squat, kneel as required. Use PPE as required. Benefits
