Building Services I -custodial position, evening shift

This is an evening shift position. The hours are 12:30pm-11pm, 4 days (ten hour shifts) per week.
Performs a variety of duties to maintain the Airport Terminal and other Commission owned buildings in a neat, clean and safe condition. This position is primarily responsible for cleaning and disposing of trash in the Airport Terminal and other Commission owned buildings during assigned shift, including floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, walls, and furniture.
TRADING, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred;
Minimum of one year of custodian work experience preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must meet and maintain TSA security requirements for access to the airport terminal and will be required to train in the 458 cargo escort program;
Serves as essential personnel during winter weather events;
Within one calendar year of hire date employee must successfully complete the ISSA Cleaning 101 certification;
Valid Virginia driver license with/and maintain an driving record acceptable to the Commission and its insurance carriers.
