Building Services I – Custodial Position, Evening Shift
Responsibilities : Perform a variety of duties to maintain the Airport Terminal and other Commission-owned buildings in a neat, clean, and safe condition. This includes cleaning and disposing of trash, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning carpets, wiping windows, restrooms, walls, and furniture during assigned shift (12:30 pm–11 pm, 4 days of 10‑hour shifts per week).
Training, Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of one year of custodial work experience preferred
Special Requirements
Must meet and maintain TSA security requirements for unescorted access to the Airport's secured areas
Serves as essential personnel during winter weather events
Within one calendar year of hire must successfully complete the ISSA CITS Cleaning 101 certification
Valid Virginia driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
