What You’ll Be Doing As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll help bring our attractions to life by engaging with guests in magical, memorable ways. Every day is a new adventure — whether you’re leading educational experiences, sparking laughter, or creating connections that make guests’ visits truly unforgettable.
Your role will include:
Delivering outstanding guest service with enthusiasm, energy, and that signature Merlin sparkle.
Bringing educational programs to life with fun facts, hands-on experiences, and engaging storytelling.
Keeping guests entertained and informed while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Ensuring all public areas and learning spaces are tidy, welcoming, and stocked with everything needed to create great experiences.
Following opening and closing procedures to make sure every day runs as smoothly as your favorite magic trick.
Upholding our high standards of Health, Safety & Security — because safe fun is the best kind of fun!
Qualifications & Experience
6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
