About the role As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll help bring our attractions to life by engaging with guests in magical, memorable ways. Every day is a new adventure—from leading educational experiences, sparking laughter, to creating connections that make guests’ visits truly unforgettable.
Your responsibilities
Deliver outstanding guest service with enthusiasm, energy, and that signature Merlin sparkle.
Bring educational programs to life with fun facts, hands‑on activities, and engaging storytelling.
Keep guests entertained and informed while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Ensure all public areas and learning spaces are tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked.
Follow opening and closing procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
Qualifications and experience
6 months – 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles.
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
Ability to work in loud environments and confined spaces.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
