Trinity Christian Academy is seeking part‑time applicants for the position of Preschool Aide for the 2026‑2027 school year. A preschool aide is a vital member of the early childhood education team. This role involves providing support to the lead teacher and helping create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children.
Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities.
Prepare and maintain learning materials.
Support children’s development and well‑being.
Ensure a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications
Evidence of an authentic and active Christian walk.
Proficiency in early learning.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask and follow directions.
Requirements
GED or high school diploma.
Willingness to complete the DCF online training within 90 days of hire.
First Aid/CPR training.
Background screening.
Willingness to care for children under the teacher's direction and supervision.
Experience working with younger students is a plus. We are looking for a staff member who understands the ministry of Christian education, works well with a team of teachers, and is willing to continue their educational growth.
