We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. A preschool teacher plays a vital role in early childhood education. Responsibilities
Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for preschool students
Design and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young learners
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive classroom culture
Address behavioral or development challenges with appropriate strategies
Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Evidence of a genuine and active Christian lifestyle
Demonstrates an understanding of the purpose of Christian Education
Proficient teaching skills in a preschool environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge and experience with the Class observation tool is preferred
Ability to design engaging and innovative lessons and activities
Ability to multitask and effectively lead a classroom
Ability to address behavioral or development challenges with appropriate strategies
Collaborates effectively with a team of teachers
Embraces a growth mindset
Requirements
CDA, AA in early childhood education
DCF 45 hours certification
Staff credentialing through DCF
Previous experience in teaching preschool students is a plus
Background screening
U.S. citizenship is a must
