Job Summary
We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Pre‑p Cook position. Applicants must have at least three years of food prep experience.
Job Details
Location: KKR Batesville – 1550 State Road 46, Batesville, IN 47006.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (full time).
Pay: $19.50‑$20.50 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
Store, label, and date all food items according to policy and follow HACCP guidelines.
Complete all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations.
Takes orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
Resolve customer concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
