Position Summary This role supports the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patient age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care. The RN will work full‑time on night shift rotations, ensuring compliance with medication, storage, and documentation standards and providing patient‑centered care according to evidence‑based practice.
Position Duties
Complete nursing assessment of patients, covering physical, psychological, social, developmental, and educational factors, and determine compliance with treatment plans.
Conduct ongoing assessments, document patient progress, and share findings with the healthcare team and families.
Ensure medication, storage and documentation standards meet all applicable regulations.
Orient patients and families to unit policies, hospital systems, and processes.
Supervise and delegate care activities of assigned team members, providing feedback and review.
Collaborate with the patient care team to establish and implement the plan of care, coordinating activities and communicating patient status.
Mentor students and new employees through training, guidance, and support.
Perform miscellaneous duties as requested.

Position Qualifications Education Two‑year ADN, four‑year BSN, or Diploma in Nursing.
License & Certification Requirements
Current Arizona RN license or a compact state RN license with multi‑state privileges (or ability to obtain Arizona licensure prior to start).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association before the start date.
