Job Overview The Territory Supervisor (TS) is a part‑time position responsible for supervising a group of Retail Merchandisers within a specific geography. Retail Merchandisers maintain card departments and outposts for both everyday and seasonal products and participate in installation activities such as building Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, store relocations, and card department remodels.

Salary and Schedule Details

Starting pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.

Part‑time position with daytime and early evening hours, typically Monday through Friday.

Weekly hours between 14–20 hours.

Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

Weekend work may be required during major holiday periods.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of 5–10 Retail Merchandisers, ensuring well‑maintained departments and timely execution of everyday and seasonal programs.

Document and manage performance with manager feedback and input.

Handle retailer concerns, retail execution issues, and Retail Merchandiser performance issues in collaboration with store management, merchandisers, and/or your manager.

Lead department remodels and resets by preparing, directing, and following up on minor installations (resetting products, building fixtures, merchandising).

Lead or participate in major installations when business exceptions require additional support (moving card department, building fixtures, merchandising).

Motivate in‑person and remote teams, follow through on commitments, delegate tasks, and apply Hallmark’s best practices.

Organize schedules, manage time efficiently, handle administrative duties, and build strong customer relationships.

Physical Requirements

Physically demanding job requiring consistent push, pull, lift, and carry of cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Required to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and occasionally climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Ability to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.

Access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.

Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Flexibility to work a changing schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.

Required to work the week before and the week after major holidays.
