Hospitality Center Program Associate (Part-time, $18/hour)
Part-time position. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Hours are Saturday and Sunday, 12am-8am.

Responsibilities
Ensure a safe, secure, comfortable, and supportive environment consistent with a low‑barrier approach to care for homeless individuals.
Complete client assessments and advocate for clients by recommending appropriate programs and services.
Explain and maintain Warming Center policies and procedures.
Respond to client emergencies and notify appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Provide ongoing support to the Warming Center in coordination with CCIC/CCMS.
Perform light cleaning after each shift to ready the space for future use.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with up to three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience working with the homeless population.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Mobility sufficient to drive to and attend meetings at client homes and community facilities that may not meet federal accessibility standards.
Mobility sufficient to work in an office environment.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment, including machines.
