High School degree or equivalent Fitness experience preferred Enjoy working with people on a fitness floor Excitement about helping members learn new equipment Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members and building relationships Responsibilities
Engage members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience Build strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean fitness floor Provide a friendly and encouraging environment for members in the usage of fitness and wellness programs and services Have an understanding and provide basic information to members on exercising and health and wellness What you can expect
