Responsibilities Respond to calls on a multi‑line system, redirect calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, process driver paperwork, and assist dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.
Qualifications
Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
Ability to type 25 WPM with accuracy.
Dependable and well organized.
Must be computer literate.
Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
