The Concept Located at 1080 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1, Atlanta GA 30309, Blackjack Bar Tapas is the latest concept from the team behind 26 Thai. This bold new venture combines the vibrant flavors of Asian-inspired street food with a carefully curated beverage program that reimagines classic cocktails through the lens of East and Southeast Asia.

The food menu offers an exciting mix of small plates and shareable dishes, from spicy Thai shrimp salad to Tom Yum Squid Ink Soup, and indulgent options like crab fried rice and Tom Yum Noodle hot pot. Each dish is packed with bold spices, fresh ingredients, and creative textures, making them the perfect pairing for a great drink.

On the cocktail side, beverage director Sean Gleason has crafted a lineup that’s as inventive as it is approachable. Expect familiar favorites with a twist—like a margarita featuring purple yam cordial and gochugaru chili, or a gin and tonic elevated with lemongrass and shiso, served from a highball machine for a refreshing kick.

About the role Located on the corner of 12th and Crescent, Blackjack is a sophisticated cocktail experience offering South Asian inspired tapas and décor.

The expo/food runner role is a critical and foundational component of a great food program, and at Blackjack we are looking for the right candidates to join our team. In this role, your main job is to ensure the food comes out correctly and quickly. This will include things like: garnishing, supporting the kitchen team, juggling multiple tickets at once.

What we are looking for: Someone with previous Expo experience is a must.

If you have worked with Tapas before, that is a huge plus.

Spanish or Thai speakers are a plus.

Someone who is energetic with a positive and friendly demeanor.

Someone who is punctual, diligent, and methodical in their work.

Someone who enjoys supporting a team of hospitality professionals in delivering an exemplary service and memorable experience to all our guests.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and communicates effectively and professionally with others, even during stressful moments.

Someone who can self-manage while executing several different tasks efficiently and effectively.

Someone with a genuine curiosity to continue learning more and is interested in culinary and beverage culture.
