Position Overview
The
Busser
is an essential part of the front‑of‑house team, supporting servers and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining experience. Bussers clear tables quickly and efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and help maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
Reset tables with proper settings and prepare them for the next party.
Assist servers by refilling water, bringing extra utensils, or running food when needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
Remove trash and empty bus tubs as needed.
Support the overall flow of service by staying attentive and responsive.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
