Responsibilities
Accurately submit and verify custom orders with vendors within a specified time‑frame.
Oversee the Special/Custom Order Process from start to finish.
Calculate and quote prices.
Interact regularly with both vendors and customers.
Check order status, maintain quoted time frames, and handle any potential issues.
Requirements
Must have 1+ year jewelry industry experience.
Must have 1+ year of experience with custom jobs.
Must have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers, vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces.
Must be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview process.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Excel and Photoshop.
Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities.
Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing is a plus.
Must be able to travel to shows at a minimum of three times per year.
Must live in the New York Tri‑State area.
