Responsibilities
Provide a safe environment by ensuring the security of the casino, employees, and guests.
Operate surveillance systems quickly and effectively.
Write accurate, detailed incident reports.
Count chips with a limited number of mistakes.
Deliver exceptional guest service to various personalities from multiple cultures.
Work any shift, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid California Guard Card and California gambling establishment employee permit, badge, or license.
Must be 21 years old or older.
Ability to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check.
Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid U.S. employment eligibility evidence.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds.
Sit, walk, stand, and bend at the neck for 6 or more hours a day.
Perform repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, and reaching for an entire shift.
Exposure to excessive noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, extremes in temperature, humidity, or wetness.
Perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
