Qualifications:
Minnesota teaching licensure in the area of English as a Second Language. Other licensure areas will be considered.
Pay Rate/Range:
NEA Agreement BA-$56,550 – MA40-$93,451. Base pay DOQ
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
This position is not eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities:
Support multilingual learners in developing skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing while helping them access grade-level content. Assess language proficiency, plan targeted instruction, and monitor progress to ensure growth. Collaboration with classroom teachers is essential to align instruction and provide students with consistent support. Communicate with families and contribute to a welcoming environment that values students’ cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
