If you’re someone who notices the little things and strives to make a lasting impact, you’ll thrive here.Please visit http://www.valorhospitality.com to learn more about our existing hotels, other exciting job opportunities and our company.**POSITION PROFILE**This position includes preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area, which involves replenishing food and beverages, cleaning the dining and buffet areas, and ensuring food safety standards are followed**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES*** Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet, arranging food and beverages.* Replenish food, coffee, juice, and other supplies as needed.* Perform basic food preparation, such as cutting fruit.* Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with requests and questions.* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests.* Ensure the dining area, tables, and buffet stations are clean, organized, and sanitary.* Clear tables, clean up spills, and remove trash.* Wash serving equipment and return reusable supplies to storage.* Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.* Comply with health regulations.* Maintain any required food handler certifications.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES*** High school education or equivalent experience.* Three - Six months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.* Attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.* Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages.* Able to read, speak and understand English.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS*** Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs.* Stand continuously for long periods of time.#INDfraser# BENEFITS PACKAGE* Competitive Salary* Daily Pay!* Team Member Hotel Discount Program* Uniforms Provided for most positions* Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and other supplemental options* Paid PTO* 401k with employer match* Food and Beverage Discounts* Tuition Reimbursement# HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES FRASERWhether traveling for a ski trip, summer vacation, corporate meeting, or a romantic retreat The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Fraser - Winter Park Area, CO is the perfect getaway location.Centrally located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, only 67 miles from Denver rests Winter Park/Fraser Valley; Colorado's Favorite Playground.
