Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team in Ft Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, crafting quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customer warmly, take orders accurately, make drink recommendations, handle complaints professionally, and ensure every guest has a positive experience. Beverage Preparation: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, craft cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences, garnish drinks appropriately, and maintain high drink quality standards. Bar Operations: Clean and organize the bar area, wash glassware, restock supplies including ice, garnishes, and liquor to ensure smooth service. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies as needed, and rotate products to maintain freshness and reduce waste. Financial Transactions: Handle cash and credit card payments, operate POS systems efficiently, and manage customer tabs accurately. Safety & Compliance: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age, monitor patrons for signs of intoxication, and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service laws, including TIPS and ServSafe guidelines. Qualifications

Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with MICROS systems and cash handling. Certification in TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent is a plus.
