Keep production moving by maintaining, repairing, and setting up tooling, molds, jigs, and fixtures. Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and make precision adjustments to ensure zero downtime. Fabricate or modify tooling with mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC machines. Partner with engineers and production leaders to optimize performance and quality. Maintain documentation to meet industry standards and support audits. Drive a safety‑first culture by following lockout/tagout and crane operation best practices. Support and train operators on proper use and care of tooling. Key Qualifications
2+ years of experience in tooling, die repair, or related manufacturing roles (automotive/plastics injection or blow‑molding experience preferred). Hands‑on machining experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair quickly. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical documentation. Attention to detail and passion for producing high‑quality work. High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational certifications a plus. Benefits
