Host/Server Assistant - Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar
Flynn Group, the largest Applebee’s franchisee, operates over 460 Applebee’s restaurants in 24 states. The Host/Server Assistant plays a vital role in welcoming guests, assisting staff, and ensuring efficient flow of service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and smile.
Assist servers in delivering exceptional service.
Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
Follow physical standards: remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours; safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds; wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant supplies and hand soap throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Effective verbal communication skills.
