Sommelier – Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sommelier to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2‑5 years of previous Sommelier experience in a fine dining setting, be a self‑starter, possess a positive attitude, and be comfortable working alongside Food & Beverage professionals.

Location Oceanfront elegance within an iconic social club setting. From the moment it first opened its doors on New Year’s Eve 1930, The Surf Club has hosted history. You will find Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, Miami, with celebrated dining and a world‑class spa.
Responsibilities
Advise guests on wine selection and supervise the day‑to‑day wine service.
Select and consolidate the wine list while adhering to the budget, beverage cost, guest requests, and outlet concept.
Conduct weekly staff training on product knowledge.
Work closely with the Lido Restaurant General Manager and Lido Restaurant Chef for product development.
Perform weekly and monthly wine inventories of all F&B outlets.
Create, modify, and print the wine list.
Experience with Italian cuisine and wines is highly preferred.
Qualifications
2‑5 years of Sommelier experience in a fine dining setting.
Self‑starter with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working alongside Food & Beverage professionals.
Ability to advise guests on wine selection.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is highly preferred.
US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L‑1 visa sponsorship.
