The main tasks
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
Guide customers to informed decisions by providing excellent service
Key responsibilities
Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and team members
Keep your truck clean and stocked
Complete paperwork accurately
Participate in on-call rotation
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean driving record
Engage in ongoing training and certification (assistance provided)
Skills and experience

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Mechanical skills and proficiency with tools
Polite, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
Resourcefulness and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Apprenticeship or experience preferred; top technicians can earn over $100,000 annually in under 3 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: At least 40 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
License/Certification: EPA Universal Certification preferred
Relocation: Must relocate to Northbrook, IL before starting
Work location: In person
