We are looking to hire a
Concierge
to join our team. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensuring the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed.
Treating all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self‑directed.
Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
One‑year experience in the industry or related field.
