Job Summary: Provide administrative support to College of Nursing faculty, students, and staff. Responsibilities include primary front office reception, inbound and outbound general communications (mail, phone, fax and e-mail), filing and maintaining student records, inventory maintenance of supplies and common areas, assisting faculty with course specific items, committee meeting minutes, filing student documents and running student reports, and managing department conference room schedule. Interface with other campus offices as needed. Support College of Nursing events.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree and 2 years of related administrative experience or combination of education and experience, excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. Experience with BrightSpace and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Days: M-F 8am - 4:30pm
