Custodial Technician - Parks and Recreation

Job Overview
Do you take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? The City of Branson is looking for a Custodial Technician to maintain municipal buildings through cleaning, disinfecting, floor care, trash removal, supply stocking, and light maintenance.
Essential Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one (1) year of experience in performing custodial, building, mechanical, grounds maintenance, or janitorial tasks.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's license with the ability to be insured under the City of Branson's insurance coverage when driving a city-owned vehicle.
Be willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Be able to pass a background investigation, drug and alcohol screenings, and a physical agility screening.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting hourly wage is $20.26 per hour and will increase to $21.07 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.

What you'll do
Clean, disinfect, and maintain public buildings, facilities, and office spaces, including restrooms, locker rooms, floors, and surfaces.
Prepare and set up city facilities and athletic spaces for events, practices, and community activities.
Maintain inventory and ensure timely ordering of cleaning products, paper goods, and other supplies.
Collect and remove trash from city parks, facilities, and downtown areas, including operation of trash collection equipment as needed.
WORK HOURS Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
WORK LOCATION In and around the City of Branson, Missouri; This position requires work to be performed onsite.
