Job Description
Bishop Spencer Place is Kansas City’s premier non‑profit life‑care retirement community and a proud member of the Saint Luke’s Health System. We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) passionate about patient care and providing a superior quality of care.
Shift:
Full‑time days, 3–12 hour shifts per week, 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.
Perform direct and indirect patient care tasks.
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning.
Anticipate the patient’s family needs proactively.
Individualize and modify care according to the patient’s needs.
Collaborate with other health‑care team members to enhance patient care.
Support patient safety and satisfaction by performing regular patient rounds and communicating effectively with all team members while providing excellent customer service.
Required Certification:
CNA in the State of Missouri.

Certified Nurse Aide (MO) – Missouri Division of Health and Human Services, or equivalent.
