Key Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property.
Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.
Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Restaurant experience: Will train.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are highly valued in this position.
Working in a fast paced environment.
Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals.
Must be able to work weekends.
Other Qualifications
Serv Safe Certified preferred.
Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
