Sr. Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Specialist (EHS&S)

Position Summary
Primary functions are to provide technical Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) support to Manufacturing, Distribution and Corporate Personnel; assist in the development of EH&S programs and objectives; develop and deliver safety training programs; develop, implement and maintain B. Braun and facility‑specific EH&S policies, programs and procedures through internal audits and/or risk assessments; represent B. Braun in all public‑relations activities, external communications and regulatory compliance audits; coordinate various employee activities.
Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of programs that detect and prevent fraud, theft, or other illegal behavior by employees or visitors.
Monitors behavior of employees or visitors on company property.
Investigates allegations of theft, fraud, or other illegal behavior, interviews witnesses, and documents findings; may act as a liaison with external law‑enforcement departments.
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group; may act as a "lead" or first‑level supervisor.
Develops and implements policies or programs designed to promote employee health and safety or environmental compliance.
Develops and delivers training programs educating staff on environmental concerns or health and safety risks within the organization.
Ensures that training records, health/safety manuals or handbooks, incident/accident reports or other documentation are appropriately maintained.
Purchases and distributes personal protection equipment or other related supplies.
Monitors known health, safety or environmental hazards, such as noise, air or wastewater pollution levels.
Coordinates inspection of facilities, vehicles or equipment.
May develop and communicate facility‑specific emergency response or evacuation plans.

Expertise and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
06‑08 years of related experience required
Applicable industry/professional certification preferred
Occasional business travel required
Valid driver's license and passport
Ability to work non‑standard schedule as needed, on‑call hours as needed
Regular and predictable attendance
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Target Salary Range: $81 392 – $101 740 / yr + benefits + bonus
Physical Demands Moderate work: Exerting up to 40 lb of force occasionally.
Occasionally reach upward and downward, push/pull; frequently sit; constantly stand.
