Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Support Flavorists by compounding flavors precisely according to formulation sheets.* Prepare samples for internal evaluations and organize flavor trials for easy reference.* Maintain raw material inventory and ensure proper handling in compliance with GMP and GLP standards.* Operate instruments to measure physical properties and accurately record data.* Update project data and maintain accurate documentation of formulation changes and sensory results.* Collaborate with Creation, Design, QC, and Sensory teams to ensure project success.* Participate in tastings and provide constructive feedback to Flavorists.* Assist with customer visits and presentations as needed.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.* Basic knowledge of compounding and formulation processes.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn formulation software systems.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent record-keeping and workflow management skills.* Commitment to safety and compliance standards.* Understanding of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation techniques.* Previous experience in lab operations and documentation.* Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.* Competitive compensation and benefits package.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Collaborative and inclusive work environment.* Exposure to innovative projects in the flavor industry.* Work-life balance with standard hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).* Be part of a global leader driving creativity and sustainability.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
