for the Food Service – Server / Food Service Associate role at Eagle Crest South I in La Crosse, WI. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling, working every other weekend and holiday off.
Compensation
18–28 hours per two‑week pay period
80 hours per two‑week pay period
Casual call – work three shifts per month
Pay
Servers start between $15.50 and $18.00 per hour; pay increases with qualifications, experience, and hours worked.
Train to fill in for Assistant Cook shifts for additional pay.
Performance reviews occur 100 days after hire and annually thereafter.
Hours & Shifts
AM: 6:00am–2:30pm | 7:00am–3:00pm | 7:00am–3:30pm | 9:30am–6:00pm | 11:00am–3:00pm
PM: 3:30pm–7:30pm | 4:00pm–7:30pm | 4:00pm–7:30pm
Responsibilities
Provide a high‑quality dining experience by cooking and serving nutritious meals to residents.
Perform quantity cooking, dish room duties, cleaning duties, serve resident meals, restock, and other kitchen responsibilities, including meal prep and catering as needed.
Assist with breakfast prep, work the bistro area, and perform some baking tasks.
Transport meals to Cass Street Assisted Living when required.
Qualifications
Ability to multitask is a must.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Quantity cooking experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities.
Experience working with seniors or in a long‑term care community is preferred.
Drivers must have a valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record.
