Job Overview
Swim Instructor at Water Wings Swim School. Provide student‑centered instruction, build water confidence, and maintain a safe pool environment. Part‑time position with afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.
Pay $14.00 per hour. Negotiable with prior experience.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of all students and adhere to swimming curriculum.
Teach swim skills and promote water confidence for each learner.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff.
Participate in required training and continuous learning.
Support Deck or Site Supervisor during shifts and maintain pool deck as needed.
Maintain a fun, positive, and professional teaching environment.
Qualifications
Compassion for children and adults.
Ability to work in water for up to 5 hours per shift.
Strong communication skills.
Open attitude and willingness to be coached.
Capability to focus in a fast‑paced environment.
Commitment to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required.
