Join our team as a Housing Support Case Manager — Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and use your lived experience to provide compassionate, hands‑on support to adults in permanent subsidized housing.
What You’ll Do:
Help individuals secure and maintain stable housing
Assist with housing applications, leasing, and move‑in support
Conduct safety & wellness checks and provide crisis intervention as needed
Offer case management, skills training, and recovery‑focused support
Act as the first point of contact for landlords/property owners
Connect clients with mental health, substance use, and community resources
Maintain detailed, timely documentation and participate in team meetings
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
Certified Peer Specialist (CPS‑MH or CPS‑AD) or ability to obtain within 12 months
Lived experience with mental health or addiction recovery
1 year of experience in behavioral health, case management, or advocacy preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills
Reliable transportation & valid GA driver’s license
Work Perks:
Community‑based role with in‑person & telehealth services
Mon — Fri, 8:15 AM — 5 PM (flexible schedule)
Travel throughout DBHDD Region 3
