NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community‑based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Our 15‑bed NeuroRestorative facility located in La Mesa, CA, is a fully licensed, JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life‑altering injuries and medically‑complex illnesses. We offer in‑patient treatments in a residential home‑like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post‑acute, and sub‑acute care.

Position Details
Per‑diem position available (schedule is "as needed")
$17.00‑$19.50 per hour, based on experience
10‑hour shifts: 6:30 AM‑5:00 PM
2 hours of overtime pay each shift (time and a half)
Valid driver’s license in good standing required
On‑demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain all common areas including rooms, hallways, restrooms, windows, woodwork, light fixtures, and other work areas so that health standards are met and the home is neat and debris‑free.
Maintain and clean floor surfaces, furniture, draperies, use shampooers, and empty trash receptacles.
Follow universal precautions and procedures regarding cleaners, hazardous materials, and infection control.
Disinfect equipment and supplies.
Launder, sort clothing, iron, and fold items.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
No experience required, but preferred
Valid driver’s license in good standing
A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
An acute attention to detail
