This is a full-time, on-site role for a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) Instructor, based in Austin, TX. The LMRT Instructor will be responsible for teaching and training students in areas such as radiographic procedures, patient care techniques, and safety protocols. Duties include developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and informative lectures, providing hands‑on clinical skills training, evaluating student performance, and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment. The role will also require compliance with state and institutional standards and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a high-quality educational experience. Qualifications
Proficiency in radiographic procedures, patient care, and safety protocols. Strong presentation, teaching, and communication skills with an ability to engage and motivate students. Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Experience with clinical training, technical skills instruction, and hands‑on student mentoring. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry standards and technology advancements. Active LMRT certification and licensure in the state of Texas. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or a related healthcare field is required. Seniority level
