The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is hiring a
Program Director
for our
Licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT)
program. We are seeking a licensed LMRT professional with a passion for education and student success. This role is responsible for overseeing the LMRT program, including curriculum management, faculty supervision, and regulatory compliance. The Program Director plays a key leadership role in guiding students toward successful careers in radiologic technology by maintaining high academic standards and a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include supervising instructors, managing course schedules, maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, monitoring student performance and attendance, participating in student advising and orientation, and leading continuous program improvements.
Candidates must possess the following:
Licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT)
required
Bachelor’s degree
required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
in the field
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in education or program management
is a plus
Passion for student success and program excellence
