Job Overview As a Hospitality Team Member, you are responsible for achieving our mission of providing each guest with a truly wonderful experience.
Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional hospitality
Greeting guests, ensuring they are served quickly, efficiently and accurately while recognizing opportunities to create an amazing guest experience
Assisting guests with placing orders by guiding them through the menu, entering the order into the point‑of‑sale system, and processing payments
Taking telephone orders and preparing take‑out orders
Mastering and maintaining menu knowledge, including food restrictions, allergies/allergens, popular dishes, and chef suggestions
Making and serving fresh non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
Delivering food to guests and refilling drinks quickly, efficiently, and accurately
Engaging the guests in light conversation when appropriate
Maintain a clean and inviting space for our guests
Clearing and sanitizing tables and chairs efficiently; carrying dishes, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen for washing
Upkeep of restrooms, including sanitizing hourly and restocking soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
Setting up, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all service stations
Maintain a safe working environment
Understand and observe company safety policies and standards
Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures and maintain required food handling certifications where applicable by law
Exemplify Company culture
Work as a team to achieve company goals and standards
Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company’s Uniform Policy
All other job duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
A warm, helpful, hospitable, and guest‑focused nature
Restaurant or retail experience helpful but not required
Ability to approach work with a sense of fun while delivering outstanding results
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Effective communication in English
High level of resourcefulness and initiative
Understanding and compliance with restaurant health, safety, and excellence standards
Compliance with all company policies, processes, and standards
Eligibility to work in the United States
Minimum age 18 years
Flexibility to work a schedule based on restaurant needs
Food handler’s card may be required per local or state regulations
Responsible Beverage Service Certification may be required per local or state regulations
Physical Requirements
Lift trays or food items weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly
Some bending, kneeling, or stooping required
Stand or walk for long periods
Work in a hot kitchen environment
Place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves
Work indoors and outdoors
